Fill up ASAP: Double-digit gas price hikes at Alberta stores

If you've been putting off fueling up, you may want to do so soon as prices are about to rise in Alberta.

According to gas forecasting site Gas Wizard, gas prices will increase by 10 cents in both Calgary and Edmonton tomorrow.

Regular gas prices in Calgary will increase to $1.38 per liter, while regular gas prices in Edmonton will increase to $1.34 per liter.

Premium gas is forecast to rise 10 cents tomorrow, rising to $1.62 in Calgary and $1.59 in Edmonton.

Also, diesel prices will go up by four cents in Calgary and four cents in Edmonton, though less than gasoline.

Gas forecasters say both cities have the lowest prices for regular, premium and diesel fuel after Winnipeg.
