T&T Supermarket in Sage Hill closed due to freezer fire

One T&T Supermarket location in Calgary has temporarily closed its doors after the fire.

T&T at Sage Hill Plaza NW was closed briefly Thursday morning after freezers caught fire.

Officials reported no casualties.

“We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused by this accident,” said Operations Area Manager Michael Wu in a press release Friday.

“The store has many loyal customers and I know they will be disappointed. Our team is working hard to get it back up and running.”

The reopening date will be determined by health officials once the equipment is repaired.

Customers can continue to shop at T&T by visiting the store's nearest location at 9650 Harvest Hills Blvd. N.E
