Winnipeg's spray pads open Saturday

Winnipeg's public spray fields will open for the season starting Saturday.

The city says most spray sites will be open daily from 9:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. through Sept. 2.

The heated outdoor pools are expected to open on Friday, June 21, with the exception of the Fort Harry Lions. The unheated pools and Fort Harry Lions are expected to reopen on Friday, June 28.

All outdoor pools are open seven days a week, weather permitting.

Water bodies in the city will be gradually opened from Monday, July 1.
