CP NewsAlert: Winnipeg man admits killing 4 women, says not criminally responsible

WINNIPEG – Jeremy Skibicki has pleaded guilty in court to killing four women in Winnipeg in 2022.

His lawyers are asking that he not be prosecuted due to his mental illness.
