Abbey's Creations: Artisan ice cream shop opens new location in Calgary

There's never a bad time to get ice cream, and one Calgary neighborhood will soon see a new addition to the sweet treat.

Calgary artisan ice cream shop Abbey's Creations is set to open a new location in Sage Hill soon.

It offers a premium selection of ice cream infused with bold flavors like churro crisp, coco pandan, Vietnamese coffee and ube queso.

For the most extravagant dessert, you can create your own sundae with three ice cream flavors and unlimited toppings, including ice cream, chocolate syrup, cherries and sprinkles.

Ice cream isn't the only dessert on hand, as the shop offers milkshakes, decadent ice cream cakes topped with toppings, ice cream sandwiches and delicious cupcakes.

The Sage Hill Quarter location will be Abbey's Creations' ninth Calgary outpost.
