Car crashes into multiple vehicles, 2 injured: Montreal police

Two people were injured in a hit-and-run crash east of downtown Montreal on Wednesday, police said.

At 11:55 a.m., police received multiple 911 calls about a collision on d'Giberville Street between Logan and Daunais streets.

According to a police spokesperson, the suspect crashed into three vehicles and then fled the scene before officers arrived.

Two people aged 32 and 50 were slightly injured.

No arrests have been made, but police are speaking to witnesses as they continue to investigate.
