Montreal police are searching for a missing 15-year-old boy

According to the police service de la Ville de Montreal, Kibande Mayaka was last seen on Monday evening at her family home in the Mercier-Hochelaga-Maisonneuve district.

Montreal police are asking for the public's help in finding a 15-year-old boy who has been missing since Monday.

according to Service of the Police de la Ville de MontrealKibande Mayaka was last seen on Monday evening at her family home in the Mercier-Hochelaga-Maisonneuve district.

The teenager is Black, five feet, 11 inches tall and weighs approximately 165 pounds.

He speaks Swahili and tries to communicate in French.

On Monday night, he wore a black coat with a fur hood, black pants and white Air Force One sneakers. He had a brown backpack.

Police said investigators and his family have reason to be concerned for his health and safety and that the teenager may be on foot. Anyone with information about Beacon's whereabouts should call 911 or contact their neighborhood police station.
