Closing out the home schedule with a Fan Appreciation Night against the visiting Calgary Flames

The Vancouver Canucks will play their final game of the season at Rogers Arena on Tuesday night against the Calgary Flames on Fan Appreciation Night.

After a 3-1 win against the Edmonton Oilers on Saturday night, the Canucks now have their sights set on another Alberta team and could win the Pacific Division title by one point in Tuesday's game or get help from the San Jose Sharks. Monday, and if they can beat the Oilers, they can beat the Pacific.

The Flames have won three of their last four games and are averaging four goals a night during their recent winning streak.

Nazem Kadri has been the most consistent scorer for the Flames all season. He has eight points in his last four games and is now at 74 in 80 games. Kadri will play alongside Martin Pospisil and former Canuck Andrei Kuzmenko on the Flames' top line.

Two-time AHL Goaltender of the Year and one-time AHL MVP, Dustin Wolf has started three of the last four games and has now made 14 starts this season. He has a 6-7-1 record with a .891% save percentage.

The Flames' power play has had a high percentage over their last nine games. They made 41.9% of their chances and scored 13 goals during that time.

  • Egor Sharangovich is the only member of the club who scored 30 goals. He currently has 31 goals on the season.
  • Rasmus Andersson is the leader in minutes played this season, averaging 23:51 per game.
  • The Flames have the 11th-ranked penalty kill in the league and have killed 80.9% of their penalties this season.

The Canucks play their final game of the season on Tuesday and Thatcher Demko will be back between the pipes.

Demko has not played since March 9. His 34-13-2 record is as impressive as any in the NHL this season, and on top of that, he has a career-high five shutouts and a .917% save percentage.

With the man advantage, the Canucks have converted 22.7% of their power plays and are currently 10th in conversion percentage. Brock Boeser (16), Elias Petterson (13) and JT Miller (10) each scored in double figures on the power play this season, while Quinn Hughes had 32 assists.
