Winnipeg Jets Morning Papers | Olympic Games

warning: The Jets got some time off on Sunday as they ended their four-game road trip with a 7-0 win over the Colorado Avalanche, their sixth straight in their pursuit of the No. 2 seed in the Central. Today they hit the ice for practice at 11am CDT. Don't forget to check the experience report.

Note II: They wrapped up the home portion of their regular season schedule yesterday when they faced off against the Wild after a 7-4 win on Saturday afternoon. On Saturday night, they knew they had clinched their postseason berth, but they had something to play for as they chased down the No. 4 Stars, who could claim home-ice advantage for their best-of-three game, and you in the series. Manitoba saw Iowa take a four-goal lead, which they took in the 3rd period, but couldn't fight back, and they lost the game 4-3. They'll practice today before hitting the road for a three game game that ends at Texas at 11:00 a.m. CDT and will determine who gets the No. 4 seed.
