Small investors in Trump's Truth Social are counting on falling shares

Jerry Dean McLain first bet on former President Donald Trump's Truth Social two years ago, when he bought Digital World Acquisition, the Trump company's planned merger partner, for $90 a share. Over time, as the price fluctuated, he continued to buy, accumulating hundreds of shares for $25,000 – almost his “entire nest egg”.
