Palestinian supporters cheer as Iran attacks Israel

According to a video by lawyer Karmya Sa'd, pro-Palestinian activists supported Iran for launching suicide drones into Israel during a rally in Toronto on Saturday.

During an Eid al-Adha march in downtown Toronto, a protest leader interrupted the demonstration and shouted, “The Islamic Republic of Iran just sent dozens of drones to Israel!” announced.

The crowd started celebrating, and the leader of the protest called them “Allahu akbar!” he started shouting.

“This is a direct response to Israel's bombing of Syria, Iraq, Palestine, Lebanon, Israel has bombed many countries,” the protest leader said.

Thornhill MP Melissa Lantzman said the display showed it was “never about a ceasefire”.

“Support for terror against Western democracy took to the streets of our country 6 months ago and governments in Canada did nothing,” Lanzman said.

Jewish organizations respond to the holidays

The Center for Israel and Jewish Affairs said on social media that the responses to the Iranian attack were “painful but not surprising.”

“A regime that oppresses women, LGBTQ, minorities, and spreads terror in the Middle East and around the world, if their target is the Jewish people, is heroic,” CIJA noted.

In videos released by Palestinian groups, protesters can be seen wearing military fatigues, bandoliers for smoke grenades and one protester wearing a black combat vest.

“There is only one solution, the Intifada revolution,” the protesters said in a Pal.esign Instagram story.

Ottawa 4 Palestine posted an Instagram story on Saturday in which activists chanted “Intifada, Intifada, long live Intifada.”

In several videos, the protestors described the “resistance” as legitimate and called for “from the river to the sea, Palestine is almost free.”

“From water to water, Palestine is Arab,” the demonstrators chanted in one Arabic song.

In the Pal.esign video, protesters held an upside-down Canadian flag and warned they would shut down the “system” if they didn't get what they wanted.

The Eid March featured demonstrations organized by several pro-Palestinian organizations from across Canada, including Ottawa 4 Palestine and Montreal for Palestine.

Ottawa 4 Palestine posted on Instagram Thursday: “Our people in Gaza will not be able to celebrate Lent as usual due to this year's genocide and continuous bombing. “We have officially entered the 7th month of this genocide, we must show the people of Gaza that we stand with them and that we will not celebrate as usual this year.”
