Calgary's Aaron Ahl finished second in the BAA Invitational Mile

In BAA Invitational Mile debut, Calgary Aaron Ahl At Boston's Boylston Street, he finished second in four minutes and eight seconds.

The 25-year-old was the top Canadian finisher in Saturday morning's BAA Invitational Mile. Corey Bellemore and Rob Heppenstall took the seventh and 10th places, respectively.

Ahl says he's back in training but has a big year ahead of him. “I'm moving from the 1,500m to the steeplechase; Haven't done it since high school, but I'm going to give it a go at the end of the month,” she says. “I think by the end of the season, I can win the Olympic qualifier by points or time.”
