How police found a missing Ontario man using a wristband

York Regional Police this week in Ont. A 69-year-old man who went missing from Markham has been found using a battery-operated wrist tracker and a helicopter. The tracker broadcasts an FM radio frequency 24 hours a day to help police locate and protect vulnerable citizens. CBC's Lorenda Reddekopp details how officers found the man.
