Lethbridge Police arrest a gunman on Mayor Magrath Drive

Lethbridge police are asking anyone with cell phone or video footage of the incident on Mayor McGrath Drive on Thursday to contact them.

At 7:30 p.m., officers were called to the area for a report of a man with a gun driving in and out of a vehicle and “hitting vehicles.”

Police arrested a man at the scene.

Scott Anthony Angel Warhaug, 34, is charged with multiple felonies including assault with a weapon and possession of a dangerous weapon.

Police say anyone with video of Mary Magrath Drive between North 23rd Street and South 9th Avenue between 6:55 and 7:35 p.m. can call them at 403-328-4444.
