Officer stabbed, suspect shot on Toronto's west side: police

Toronto police say an officer was stabbed and a suspect was shot during an incident on the city's west side Friday afternoon.

The incident happened in the area of ​​College Street and Lansdowne Avenue around 1:30 p.m.

According to police, both the officer and the suspect were taken to the hospital by ambulance.
