1 person taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries after shooting in North York

Toronto police are investigating a shooting that left one person critically injured Thursday night in North York.

It happened in the area of ​​West Sheppard Avenue and Jane Street just before 11 p.m

Officers arrived at the scene and found one person with a gunshot wound.

Police say the victim was taken to a trauma center with life-threatening injuries.

Meanwhile, officers are searching for four male suspects, described as Black, about five-foot-ten and between 145 and 165 pounds. According to the police, one was wearing shorts and the other was wearing a white vest.
