Order the Tempo Di Amore (“Moment of Love”), a cocktail inspired by how similar the words “amaro” and “amore” sound (think: Mariana Avril amaretto, Rosemont Spiced run, Italian cherry yogurt, and dark chocolate)—and the origin story of the love-based liqueur .
