Say What – “Play It Right”

Ryan Huska on the adjustments with the new faces in the lineup:

“It's going to be a little bit. One thing's for sure, you're going to lose a guy on the penalty kill, and somebody has to go with Mikael (Bellund). So that's one area where we're going to have some adjustments. With the powerplay, those guys have to get to know each other quickly.”

On Sharangovic taking center stage alongside Huberdeau and Kuzmenko:

“We have a little bit of faith in Sharan and it's tough for him, of course, because he's played in the wall for us most of the year. But he's always played in the middle before and he's the guy we want to give the first chance.”

New pages/quality changes that test the character of the team:

“Of course. At the end of the day, that's what happens. We've talked about it all year. We don't have a game breaker. And when we're playing our best, we give ourselves a chance to win. But it's when everyone's on the same page as a team and they work hard. performed when committed to doing and competing.
