Police said officers responded to the area of ​​West Queen Street and Portland Street at 2:36 a.m. after reports of a shooting.

They said three people were shot outside the facility.

Police said one person was taken to a hospital where they died.

Two other people were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

According to police, the suspect fled the area in a dark vehicle.
