2 bodies found in house north of Montreal; Quebec police are investigating

Quebec provincial police said Monday they are investigating the suspicious deaths of an 80-year-old man and woman who were found in a home north of Montreal.

The Sûreté du Québec (SQ) said they were called at around 3:30 p.m. and responded to a residence on rue Onulfe Peltier in l'Epiphany in the Lanaudière region of Quebec.

The SQ has not released any further details as the investigation is ongoing.
