Calgary Momo House will open a second location soon

When it comes to restaurant recommendations, Guy Fieri is one of the most trusted names in the business.

Last year, the American restaurateur and TV host was spotted visiting several Calgary restaurants, and one of those locations announced that it would be opening a new location soon.

Calgary's Momo House, a Nepalese food spot endorsed by Fieri himself, has indicated that a second location is imminent.

The OG location is northeast of YYC, but a second location is opening in the northwest, the restaurant announced in an Instagram post.

“We want to thank everyone for their support! We couldn't do it without you! We can't wait to show you our new space,” the release said.

Calgary Momo's House has been a popular spot in the city for some time and was visited last year by the mayor of Flavortown for an episode of his hit series. Lunch, transportation and dives aired in January.

As you'd expect, momos play a big role on the Calgary Momo House menu, with tons of delicious steamed dumplings. There are many big plates like Himalayan Butter Chicken, Chow Mein and traditional Nepali thali.

Although an opening date for the new location has yet to be announced, Calgarians can still get their hands on Nepalese food from Calgary Momo House at 4310 104th Avenue NE.

Stay tuned for exciting updates on this new location.
