The Calgary Roughnecks beat the Toronto Rock 11-10

The Calgary Roughnecks snapped a three-game losing streak with an 11-10 win over the Toronto Rock on Saturday night in Hamilton.

A flurry of goals took the lead in the second half, before Robert Hudson, Harrison Matsuoka, Jesse King and Josh Currier scored four goals in a row.

Toronto fought back and scored five straight goals, but Thomas Hoggart added another to give the Roughnecks the margin of victory.

Jesse King led the way for the Bruins with two goals and three assists, while Tyler Pace had one goal and two assists.

Robert Hudson scored twice in his first game as a rookie. Matsua also notched a pair, while Hayden Dixon, Shane Simpson, Josh Currier and Hoggart added the others.

Christian Del Bianco stopped 44 shots for Calgary as they beat Toronto 54-49.

The Roughnecks will return to Calgary on Sunday, February 18th to take on Halifax in an East Coast dining night. Game time is 5pm next Sunday
