This year's Toronto Raptors have achieved their ultimate goals of a 2019 championship team as ownership looks to start fresh and build around Scotty Barnes. It started with OG Anunoby and then continued with Pascal Siakam a few weeks ago. Before Thursday's trade deadline, veterans like Dennis Schroder were sent packing and rookies brought in with expiring contracts.
