Matthew Wedman has received another AHL call-up from the Komets, this time to Calgary | Komets

Forward Matthew Wedman was traded to the American Hockey League's Calgary Wranglers from the Komets on Friday.

Wedman returned to the Komets for just two games after spending time with the AHL's Henderson Silver Knights.

In 39 games with the Komets, Wedman scored 14 goals and scored 35 points. That includes an assist in Thursday's 4-3 win over the Wichita Thunder in Wichita, Kansas. In four games with Henderson, Wedman had one goal and two points.

The Comets will face the Lightning again in Wichita on Saturday at 8 p.m.
