Lack of funding leads to struggle for Winnipeg theaters

In a so-called perfect storm, the lack of funding from the pandemic has led some theater companies to restructure their organizations, leading to layoffs, reduced workloads and a big question mark for Winnipeg's traditional live arts scene. Mitchell Ringos reports.
