The 19th annual Toronto Sketch Comedy Festival is set for next month

The Toronto Sketch Comedy Festival has announced the live programming schedule for the 19th annual festival, March 6-17, 2024 at The Theater Center and Comedy Bar Bloor in Toronto.

Boasting an all-star lineup of over 60 sketch comedy troupes from across North America, TOsketchfest brings together the comedy community for over 50 high-energy showcases, as well as the 7th annual TOsketchfest Film Festival. Festival highlights include Scott Thompson (Boys in the Hall) as Buddy Cole in King, the long-awaited TOsketchfest return of TallBoyz, plus Sex T-Rex in the hit SwordPlay (Best Comedy Award for Just Laughs).

The TOsketchfest festival series is an exciting and energetic mosaic of contemporary sketch comedy, drag, storytelling, musical comedy and clowning, all performed by entertaining ensembles and solo acts.

The Toronto Sketch Comedy Festival is Canada's premier festival celebrating scripted, ensemble comedy, boasting several days of comedy on professional stages featuring approximately 200 comedians each year. Since 2005, the Festival has brought sketch comedy to a wide audience with ticketed and free performances alongside hundreds of up-and-coming comedians starring the likes of Tallboyz, Kate McKinnon, Ramy Youssef and Inside Jokes Films, The Kids. Hall, Ninja Sex Party, Sasheer Zamata, Michael Ian Black and Gavin Crawford.

TOsketchfest is a registered charity and supports Canadian comedy writer-performers through showcases, professional development and direct funding through the Sketch Comedy Project Fund in partnership with the Pat and Tony Adams Freedom Foundation for the Arts.
