The stolen vehicles were among those initially identified as part of the 2023 investigation. The aforementioned agencies, in conjunction with Peel Regional Police, seized 24 vehicles valued at approximately $2.1 million, including a Rolls-Royce valued at approximately $500,000; However, the authorities were unable to recover the two cargo containers containing the four vehicles before they reached Dubai, Halton police said.

The two containers were eventually redirected to Canada and in late January, Halton police seized the containers, which contained one Lexus SUV stolen from Halton, two Ford F-150s stolen from Peel Region and Toronto, and a Range Rover stolen from Peel. Region.
