University of Toronto Press acquires Dougmar Publishing journals

The University of Toronto Press (UTP), Canada's largest university press and leading academic publisher, has acquired four journals from Dougmar Publishing Group: Journal of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders, Journal of Mental Health and Addiction Nursing, Endolumin Journal of Endourology, and Men's Social and Public Health International magazine. As one of the few university publications to publish medical journals, the acquisition represents UTP's commitment to expanding its health and science listings, which currently include such prestigious publications as the Journal of the Canadian Association for Medical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases and the Canadian Liver Journal.

UTP publishes more than 200 new scholarly, course and general interest books each year in print, audio and e-book formats and more. 50 magazines.
