Toronto is preparing to host the 2026 FIFA World Cup

According to Toronto police, the number of business-related break-and-enters is up 45.6% over the same period last year. Mike Colle wants the city to work with the police, DIA and financial institutions to solve the problem. Mark McAllister reports.
